10 am - 3 pm Saturday, October 18th - ISLANDS LUTHIERS GUILD - GUITARS BY HAND

Come and have a look at all these beautiful, hand crafted guitars and other instruments built by local artisans. Admission is FREE. Coffee and treats will be available. As well, at 4pm, our featured performer, Celso Machado, will do a workshop next door in the Old Fire Hall. Admission to the Workshop is $10.

8:00 pm - Saturday, October 18th - CELSO MACHADO in CONCERT

Internationally acclaimed guitarist, composer, and multi-instrumentalist performs the rich musical traditions of Brazil as the final part of the Islands Luthiers Guild Annual "Guitars by Hand" show. 8:00 pm - Saturday, October 25th - HALLOWEEN COSTUME DANCE with SHRED KELLY

6:30 pm - Friday, October 31st - HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN TRAIL

Bring your costumed kids to the Community Park at 6:30pm where they'll run the gaunlet past the 'spooks' hidden along the trails and get treats. At the end, they can get a hot chocolate, warm themselves by the bonfire, and watch the fireworks display. Admission is by donation

8:00 pm - Saturday, November 22nd - Damsels in DisDress and Friends present an evening of Burlesque

To take some of the pressure off of our very popular “Night at the Palace” Show the Errington Hall is presenting the first annual Evening of Burlesque. There will be some of your favorite performers from the “Night at the Palace” plus new to Errington performers from around the island. We are in for a treat! Tickets - $25 are available at Cranky Dog Music and Shades of Green in Parksville and at the Errington Store. This show is not suitable for children. Doors at 7:30pm - show at 8:00pm

8:00 pm - Saturday, November 29th - BLACK UMFOLOSI in CONCERT

Touring five member troupe from Zimbabwe performs rousing a capella songs and traditional dances. Tickets are $20 at Errington General Store, Cranky Dog in Parksville or Heaven on Earth in Qualicum Beach. Coffee & treats available. www.blackumfolosi.com


Christmas Arts & Crafts Sales - 10am - 3pm Saturday December 6th & 13th

On the On the first and Second Saturdays in December, (December 6th and 13th this year) local shoppers have a chance to find that perfect gift, selecting from a wide variety of crafts and hand made products. From 10am to 3pm, in a festive Errington Hall atmosphere, have a look, have a coffee and a treat from the kitchen, meet your friends and get into the Christmas spirit.

A long standing Errington tradition. Lots of seasonal music, films and skits for the whole family to enjoy. Admission is by donation at the door or bring a Food Bank donation. Coffee and treats available.

Held on the first Saturday of every month from September to May. Open stage format - musicians and entertainers free. Admission is $5.00 at the door. Great, short performances by local amateurs, young and older. Coffee & treats available. Coffee kindly donated by Creekmore Coffee. Doors open at 7pm.

8:00 pm - Saturday, January 17th - LOCARNO in CONCERT

Back again for the 11th year! This popular mix of vaudeville, music and comedy with a touch of burlesque all performed by local talents. For adults only. Tickets are $25 - ticket sales time and location to be announced. Coffee and treats will be served.
